Stand Up Paddeling (also called supping) is a great alternative for kitesurfing when there is no wind. Using a big surfboard and a paddle you can make a scenic tour or play around in the waves. Supping can also help with your kitesurfing progress because you practice your balance on a board and you are excercising your core muscles. It is easy to learn and a lot of fun!
